2. Responsibility for content

Emma Jackson is the director of publication and responsible editor for all content published on krasovin.online. Editorial responsibility is exercised under the rules set out in our editorial policy.

3. Nature of the site

krasovin.online is an independent, advertising-funded information website about consumer security software. It does not sell any product or service, does not take payment from readers, does not operate an online shop, does not process orders and does not handle payment data. Purchases made after following a partner link are concluded directly between the reader and the vendor concerned, on that vendor's own website and under that vendor's own terms.

4. Advertising and partner links

The site is funded by affiliate commission. Commercial links are marked as partner links wherever they appear, carry the rel="sponsored nofollow noopener" attribute, and are accompanied by a statement that a commission may be earned. The full arrangement is described in the advertising disclosure.

5. Trademarks and third-party rights

krasovin.online is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or otherwise connected to any of the brands, vendors or products discussed on it. All product names, company names, logos and trademarks referred to are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for identification and descriptive purposes, as permitted under Article 14 of Regulation (EU) 2017/1001 on the European Union trade mark.

6. Intellectual property in this site

The text, page structure, stylesheets and all illustrations and diagrams on this site are original works created by or for CLEANING SERVICES HAIOSH s.r.o. and are protected by copyright. The diagrams are original SVG files drawn for this site; no vendor screenshots, stock photography or third-party images are used anywhere on it. Short quotations with attribution and a link are welcome; wholesale reproduction is not permitted without written permission.

7. Hosting

This website is served from a web server operated for CLEANING SERVICES HAIOSH s.r.o. by a third-party hosting provider. The hosting provider acts as a processor, on our instructions, for the sole purpose of delivering the site. Czech law does not require the hosting provider to be named in this notice; its identity is available on request by writing to info@krasovin.online.

8. Applicable law and complaints

This notice and the use of this website are governed by Czech law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of the country in which a reader is habitually resident. Because this site sells nothing, there is no consumer contract between reader and publisher. Complaints about the content of the site should be addressed to info@krasovin.online in the first instance.
