1. Who these terms are between

Full identification is in the legal notice. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
2. What this site is
krasovin.online is a free, advertising-funded information website about consumer security software. It is published for general information. It does not sell anything, does not take payment from readers, does not operate a shop, does not take orders and does not process payment data.
3. The content is information, not advice
Nothing on this site is professional, legal, financial or individual security advice, and nothing on it is a recommendation tailored to your circumstances. Decisions about what software to buy and how to protect your devices remain yours. We describe how things work and what to check; we cannot know your situation.
No outcome is guaranteed by anything described here. No security product prevents all threats, and any statement to the contrary — on this site or anywhere else — should be disbelieved.
4. Accuracy and currency
We take care to be accurate and we correct errors promptly under our editorial policy. Even so, information about third-party products — prices, plan contents, guarantee terms, platform support, corporate details — changes frequently and without notice to us. Where anything on this site differs from what a vendor publishes on its own website, the vendor's own information prevails. Always check the vendor's current terms before purchasing.
5. Partner links and third-party websites
This site contains partner (affiliate) links, labelled as such, from which we earn a commission. The arrangement is described in full in the advertising disclosure.
Following any link takes you to a website we do not operate and do not control. We are not responsible for the content, availability, terms, pricing, privacy practices or security of any third-party website. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any brand discussed on this site. Product names, company names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and descriptive purposes only.

The text, layout, stylesheets and all illustrations and diagrams on this site are original works owned by CLEANING SERVICES HAIOSH s.r.o. or licensed to it, and are protected by copyright. You may read, print and share pages for your own non-commercial use, and quote short extracts with attribution and a link. 8. Acceptable use
Please do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or the server hosting it, probe it for vulnerabilities, introduce malicious code, place a disproportionate load on it, or use it to distribute unlawful material. The site is a set of static files with no login and no database; there is very little here to attack, and attacking it would still be unlawful.
9. Availability
The site is provided free of charge and on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time. We will keep previously published addresses working where we reasonably can.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for loss or damage arising from reliance on information published on this site, from use of any third-party website reached from it, or from any unavailability of the site.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited — in particular liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, or any mandatory liability under Czech law or under the consumer protection law of your country of residence. We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here, with the effective date shown above. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by Czech law. This does not deprive a consumer resident in another EU or EEA state of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of their own country of residence. Disputes fall to the competent courts of the Czech Republic, without prejudice to any right a consumer has to bring proceedings in their own country of residence.
