Privacy policy
The short version. This website collects nothing from you. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, carries no advertising or tracking pixels, loads nothing from any third-party domain and writes nothing to your browser's storage. The only personal data that exists at all is (a) the technical access log kept by the web server, and (b) whatever you choose to put in an e-mail to us. Everything below is the detail behind those two sentences.
1. Who is the controller of your data

We have not appointed a data protection officer. We are not required to, because our processing is occasional, does not involve special categories of data on any scale, and does not involve systematic monitoring of individuals. Data protection questions go to the address above.
2. What this website does not do
We state these in the negative because that is the honest description:
- No cookies of any kind, including so-called essential or functional cookies.
- No
localStorage,sessionStorageor IndexedDB. - No web analytics — no Google Analytics, no Matomo, no self-hosted analytics, nothing.
- No advertising or conversion pixels, no remarketing tags, no conversion API server calls.
- No device or browser fingerprinting, and no reading of canvas, fonts, audio or hardware signals.
- No third-party requests at all: no web fonts, no CDN, no remote images, no embedded videos, no social widgets, no consent-management platform.
- No contact form, no newsletter sign-up, no comment system, no user accounts.
- No sale or sharing of personal data. There is nothing to sell.
Because no non-essential information is stored on or read from your device, the consent requirement of the ePrivacy Directive (2002/58/EC as amended, implemented in the Czech Republic in Act No. 127/2005 Coll. on electronic communications) is not triggered, and there is no consent banner to click through. The cookie policy explains how to verify this yourself in about thirty seconds.
3. Server access logs
This is the one form of processing that happens whether we want it or not. Like every web server on the internet, the server that delivers this site records a standard access log entry for each request. An entry contains the requesting IP address, the date and time, the path requested, the HTTP status code, the number of bytes sent, and the user-agent string and referrer sent by your browser.

We do not read these logs to build any picture of individual visitors, and we have no mechanism for doing so.
4. E-mail you send us
If you write to info@krasovin.online we receive your e-mail address, your name if you give it, and the contents of your message.
- Purpose: to read, consider and answer your message, and to handle corrections and data protection requests.
- Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in responding to correspondence addressed to us) and, where your message is a request under Chapter III GDPR, Article 6(1)(c) (compliance with our legal obligation to respond).
- Retention: until the matter is closed and any applicable limitation period has passed. Correspondence evidencing that we handled a data subject request is kept as long as we may need to demonstrate compliance.
- Recipients: our e-mail provider, as a processor. We do not pass your message to advertisers, vendors or affiliate partners.
5. What happens when you follow a partner link
This is important, so it is stated plainly. When you click a partner link on this site, you leave krasovin.online. What happens next is governed by the privacy policy of the vendor and of its affiliate network, not by this one.
- Before you click, nothing is set and nothing is read. The link is an ordinary hyperlink.
- The link passes through a redirect page on our own domain (
/c/1/). That page sets no cookie and stores nothing; it exists only so that one address can be maintained in one place. - If your visit to this site arrived with campaign parameters in the address bar (for example
utm_sourceormsclkid), those parameters are copied from the address you are already on onto the outgoing link, so that the advertising platform can attribute the click. Nothing new is generated, nothing is stored, and the parameters are ones already present in your own URL. - Once you arrive at the vendor, that vendor and its affiliate network will typically set their own cookies to attribute a sale. We do not control those, cannot see them, and receive no personal data back from them — only aggregate commission reporting.
- Read the destination site's own privacy and cookie notices. They are the ones that apply there.
Outbound links are sent with the referrer policy strict-origin-when-cross-origin,
which means the destination learns that you came from https://krasovin.online but not
which page you were reading.
6. Children
This site is general-interest publishing aimed at adults. It is not directed at children, and because it collects nothing, it collects nothing from children either.
7. Automated decision-making
There is none. We carry out no profiling and no automated decision-making producing legal or similarly significant effects within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, to have inaccurate data corrected, to have data erased, to have processing restricted, to object to processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interest, and to receive data you provided in a portable format. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
To exercise any of these rights, write to info@krasovin.online. We reply within one month and free of charge. In practice, unless you have written to us, the only data concerning you that exists is a short-lived server log entry we cannot link to your identity, which means an access request will usually return nothing.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Ours is Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Praha 7, Czech Republic (uoou.gov.cz). If you live elsewhere in the EU or EEA you may complain to your own national authority instead.
9. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. It is a set of static files: there is no database, no user account system, no form handler and no upload facility, which removes most of the ways a website normally leaks personal data.
10. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the effective date above and the version number. If we ever began collecting anything — which would require a deliberate decision and, for non-essential storage, your prior consent — we would say so here first and prominently.
